No. Co-Help uses a special overlay mode that is invisible to screen-sharing software. Others cannot see it on Teams, Zoom, or any other platform.
Do I need my own API keys? ▼
No. AI access is included with every Co-Help subscription. We manage all 9 AI providers (GPT, Claude, Gemini, Groq, DeepSeek, Mistral, OpenRouter, GitHub Models) on our secure backend. You sign in once and start using the app — no API keys, no separate billing, no provider setup.
Is my data private? ▼
Yes. Your profile, conversations, and knowledge base are stored locally on your machine — never on our servers. AI requests pass through our secure backend (so we can manage the API keys for you), get answered, and are immediately discarded. We log only the timestamp, model used, and request size for billing and abuse protection — never the content.
How does the audio capture work? ▼
Co-Help captures system audio using your operating system's loopback feature. It hears whatever your speakers/headphones play — including Teams, Zoom, Google Meet, or any browser audio. No microphone is needed to capture the speaker's voice.
Which platforms does it support? ▼
Co-Help works with any video conferencing platform (Teams, Zoom, Google Meet, WebEx, etc.) and any browser-based communication tool. If audio plays through your system, Co-Help can capture it.
